Salco PORTABLE LONG-RANGE WIRELESS TRANSMITTERS

          MTR-1  "Man-Down"  Transmitter
  • Manual Activation:   Transmitter activates when a pushbutton is manually    depressed.
  • Angular Activation:  Transmitter activates automatically when the transmitter is physically on an angle of 45 degrees, or more, in any direction from its vertical axis.
  • No Motion Activation:  Transmitter activates automatically when the transmitter senses NO MOTION for one minute.
The MTR-1 features an on-board emergency button for manual activation, and also features an on-board computer system which monitors the status of personal motion and physical angular orientation level conditions. In the event that a no motion condition or out of level condition is detected, the MTR-1 will automatically activate its radio transmitter to signal an alarm condition to the Salco receiver processor up to 2 miles away, and generate an audible beacon signal to serve as a location aid.    The transmitter has 2 watts output and is powered by a single 9 volt alkaline battery.

MTR-1 MAN-DOWN PERSONAL PORTABLE TRANSMITTER CAN BE ACTIVATED MANUALLY,   BY IMPROPER ORIENTATION OR LACK OF MOTION.

RDT-1 Rapid Deployment Transmitter

The RDT-1 long-range supervised-wireless transmitter is battery operated and transmits condition or event data to a remote Salco long-range wireless receiver processor which can be located up to two miles away.  The transmitter can be activated with sensors with dry contacts such as proximity sensors employed on doors and windows.

The RDT-1 along with its supervised-wireless counterpart is a rapid deployment system with real time signaling ability which allows for individual sensor status display at any of the SALCO supervised-wireless receivers.
