The People Counter detects people walking through its field of view in single file. Each time a person walks through the sensor's field of view it registers a count of one on a seven digit liquid crystal counter. The counter totals the number of people who have passed through the sensor's field of view and with a total maximum count of 9,999,999. The system is ideal for reducing manpower costs for counting attendance in museums,  at temporary or permanent exhibits.  People Counter model PC-1 is for indoor use, and has a range of up to 15 feet.
